About the role
Make a difference from day one with competitive daily rates and flexible working. This temporary position supports a Key Stage 1 class in the Wirral, helping pupils thrive academically and socially.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to pupils as needed.
- Assist small groups during lessons and activities.
- Help children develop socially, emotionally and academically.
- Work closely with teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.
Required profile
- Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification, or relevant transferable experience.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Positive, proactive and supportive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to use initiative.
- Genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
