Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Manchester)

About the role
Join a range of welcoming primary schools across Manchester as a Teaching Assistant. You will support children in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working in both mainstream and SEND settings to help them reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils.
- Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
- Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings, including mainstream and SEND classrooms.
Required profile
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, care or youth work).
- Enthusiastic, patient and nurturing attitude.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
