About the role

We're recruiting Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham. These roles suit both experienced and new‑to‑classroom staff, offering flexible full‑time and part‑time options.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities, ensuring smooth execution of the curriculum.
• Support pupils individually or in small groups, providing targeted help and encouragement.
• Prepare teaching resources and maintain a positive classroom environment, fostering engagement and safety.
• Collaborate with school staff to support overall learning and wellbeing of students.

Required profile

• Experience working with children is helpful but not essential.
• Reliable, patient and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learners.
• Possess an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
• Available to work 3‑5 days per week.
