About the role
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Bolton. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the classroom for pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning support.
- Assist with small‑group interventions.
- Provide one‑to‑one support where required.
Required profile
- Recent experience supporting students in a secondary school setting.
- Confidence in assisting with a range of subjects across the curriculum.
- Ability to support students with varying needs, including SEND and SEMH.
- Genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
- Available to start immediately.
