About the role
Join a welcoming secondary school in Enfield as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with experienced teachers to deliver targeted interventions and help maintain an engaging classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support students with varying learning needs within the classroom.
- Assist teachers during lessons and deliver small‑group interventions.
- Help keep students focused and engaged throughout lessons.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Required profile
- Desirable but not essential experience in schools.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Positive, flexible and reliable attitude.
- Genuine interest in education.
