About the role
A vibrant secondary school in Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across a range of subjects. The role involves working closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically and personally.
Key responsibilities
- Support students in mainstream lessons across various subjects.
- Assist pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Provide targeted intervention sessions to reinforce learning.
- Help maintain a calm and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and relay feedback to teaching staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting children or young people.
