About the role

We are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Oxfordshire. You will work closely with teachers to support learners across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping them stay engaged and succeed academically. The role starts in September and offers a supportive school community.

Key responsibilities

Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks.
Support individual and group learning, encouraging focus and participation.
Help maintain effective classroom management and a safe, inclusive environment.
Provide additional help to students who need extra guidance.

Required profile

Proactive and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Willingness to work with students in KS3 and KS4.
Commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere.
