About the role
We are looking for a proactive and supportive Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Wokingham. You will work alongside teachers to help students in KS3 and KS4 achieve their best.
Key responsibilities
- Support students' learning and development alongside teachers.
- Assist with classroom tasks and lesson preparation.
- Encourage student engagement and focus during lessons.
- Help manage the classroom and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
