About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join secondary schools in Southwark, London as Teaching Assistants. You will work closely with teachers and students, providing tailored support to help learners overcome academic challenges and achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for students needing extra help.
• Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Monitor and report student progress to teachers and parents.

Required profile
