About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs (SEN) school in Hillingdon. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry‑level opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to SEN students throughout the school day.
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students with their academic tasks and personal development.
- Collaborate with experienced staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Help maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all pupils.
