About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support young learners with special educational needs (SEN) in a vibrant school environment in Witham, Essex. You will work closely with class leaders and fellow assistants to ensure every student receives the best possible education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to SEN learners.
- Assist class leaders with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Monitor student progress and report observations.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt learning materials.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop new skills daily.
- Either prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or a recent graduate interested in education.
- Local to Witham or surrounding areas in Essex.
- Commitment to a permanent, long‑term role.
