Teaching Assistant – SEN Support (Kingston Upon Thames)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an SEN school in Kingston Upon Thames. You will work within an inclusive environment, providing one‑to‑one and small‑group support to children with diverse physical and mental needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group assistance across year groups.
- Support students with sensory activities and everyday classroom tasks.
- Help integrate students into the wider classroom setting.
- Collaborate with teachers to tailor support for individual needs.
Required profile
- Understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and behaviour management.
- Ability to work with children who have both physical and mental challenges.
- Willingness to start as soon as possible, with immediate availability preferred.
