About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Victoria, Westminster. You will work within a specialist SEN unit supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils with additional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support children with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD, both one‑to‑one and in small groups.
- Deliver targeted interventions to aid learning and development and help create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists and the wider school team.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience supporting children with complex needs in a school, tuition or nannying setting.
- Calm, patient and proactive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Experience working with children with SEN, Autism and ADHD.
- Ability to deliver targeted interventions and support small‑group learning.
