About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment in Cheshire. This temporary position focuses on helping pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support to pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate tailored learning activities.
- Assist in creating a motivating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor pupil progress and report observations to teaching staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting.
- Strong passion for special education and commitment to pupil development.
- Flexibility, reliability and excellent interpersonal skills.
