Teaching Assistant – Support SEND Pupils (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across schools in the MK42 postcode area. The positions are full‑time, long‑term and based in welcoming school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with SEND.
• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
• Work with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties and learning disabilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Ability to work across different age groups, from Early Years to Post‑16.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine commitment to helping every learner achieve their potential.
