Teaching Assistant – Support Students in Leeds Schools

About the role
Join Reed Education as a Teaching Assistant in Leeds, supporting students across a range of local schools. You will work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment and help pupils achieve their potential.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare classrooms for each session alongside class teachers.
- Provide small‑group or one‑to‑one support to students as needed.
- Assist teachers with planning, record‑keeping and administrative tasks.
- Support teachers in managing student behaviour.
Required profile
- Patient and able to build strong relationships with children.
- Empathetic, kind, caring and approachable.
- Experience working with special‑needs students.
- Strong behavioural management skills.
