About the role
Reed Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to provide day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term support in schools across the Medway area. The role is part of an exclusive partnership with Inspire Partnership Academy Trust, delivering temporary staffing solutions for schools in Kent and South London.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing resources and marking.
Required profile
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
