Teaching Partner – Classroom Support Role

A welcoming school in Gloucester is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join its supportive team. This position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic classroom environment, helping pupils both during lessons and in extra‑curricular activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Work with small groups or one‑to‑one with pupils who need additional help.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and participation.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and wider school staff.
