About the role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join a welcoming school in Swindon. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting pupils both in the classroom and during independent activities, helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Work with small groups or one‑to‑one to support pupil progress.
- Encourage engagement, confidence and participation among learners.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers and wider school staff.
