Team Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Team Assistant to support a fast‑moving private equity investment team in London’s West End. The role is temporary, running from early August through September, and offers the chance to work closely with senior investors and partners in a dynamic, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries for investors and partners across multiple international time zones.
• Arrange end‑to‑end domestic and international travel, handling last‑minute changes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and maintaining professional relationships.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation for live transactions, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organise board meetings, off‑site events and client engagement activities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including facilities, supplier contracts and front‑of‑house duties.
• Provide cover for Executive Assistant and Reception duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting senior executives in private equity, investment management or a similar fast‑paced financial environment.
• Excellent diary management and international travel coordination skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Professional, polished demeanor with a high level of discretion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
