Team Coordinator – Planning Department (Full‑time/Job Share)

About the role

Montagu Evans is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to support the Housing & Land team within its Planning Department. The role provides essential administrative assistance across the department, ensuring smooth delivery of client services and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, book rooms and arrange travel.
• Prepare minutes, format reports, letters, bids and other documentation.
• Process invoices, expense claims and supplier payments using Netsuite.
• Conduct Know‑Your‑Client and conflict checks for new engagements.
• Maintain online job files, tender information and team induction processes.
• Act as first point of contact during team member absences and support other coordinators as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.

Required skills

• Netsuite (training provided for client checks and invoicing).
