Team Lead Conveyancer - Pod Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to lead a dedicated pod within our fast‑growing property team. Based at our Lincoln headquarters, you will combine hands‑on case work with mentoring responsibilities, helping shape the future of our conveyancing department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity and remortgaging.
• Allocate and oversee workflow for a pod of three case handlers, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance on best practices and technology‑driven processes.
• Maintain quality control on title checks, enquiries and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the department’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing with a full‑transaction knowledge base.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire a small team.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
