Team Leader – 30 hrs per week

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Glasgow as a Team Leader, working 30 hours per week. You will energise the store team, ensure smooth operations and deliver the high‑quality coffee experience our customers expect.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain service standards.
• Train, support and motivate new Baristas.
• Uphold coffee excellence and store cleanliness.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the store running.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and company goals.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
