About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Glasgow as a Team Leader, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional coffee experiences. You will guide a team of baristas, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts while upholding Costa’s high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage 24‑hour weekly shifts, ensuring smooth operation.
• Train, coach and support new baristas to develop their skills.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the store running effectively.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive, confident and able to lead others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
