Team Leader – Barista Maestro (Brentwood)

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Brentwood, you’ll drive smooth, efficient shifts while delivering great coffee and memorable moments for customers. The role offers flexible scheduling to suit both you and the store, and you’ll work within Costa’s values of discipline, passion, warmth, courage and teamwork. Through the Costa Foundation you’ll also help support local and global communities.

• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
