About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bath as a Team Leader, overseeing 30‑40 hour weeks on a permanent basis. You’ll be the energetic hub of the store, ensuring each shift runs smoothly while delivering the high‑quality coffee experience Costa is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain service standards.
• Train, support and motivate new Baristas.
• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep operations running.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
