About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bexhill-on-Sea as a Team Leader, working 20‑30 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will help create a welcoming environment, ensure high‑quality coffee service, and support a flexible shift schedule that fits both the store’s needs and your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain operational standards.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
• Motivate the crew, keeping morale high and performance consistent.
• Uphold Costa’s service and coffee‑excellence standards throughout each shift.
• Adapt quickly to changing demands, using resourcefulness to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a clear readiness to step into the role.
