About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Bristol as a Team Leader, overseeing a 35‑hour week in a permanent position. You’ll bring energy, confidence, and support to every shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts.
- Train and support new Baristas.
- Energise and motivate your team.
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- A strong team player with great communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
