Team Leader – Coffee Shop (Chippenham)

About the role

Team Leader for Costa Coffee in Chippenham, working 30 hours per week on a permanent contract with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends. You will bring energy, confidence and support to each shift, helping to deliver great coffee and memorable moments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth and efficient shifts.
• Train and support new baristas.
• Motivate and energise the team.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
