Team Leader – Coffee Shop

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Kendal, you will drive the daily operations of a busy coffee shop, ensuring every customer enjoys a great experience. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to each shift while enjoying flexible working patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and keep the store running effectively.
• Train and support new Baristas, fostering skill development.
• Energise and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and overall service.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
