About the role

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at its Warminster store. The role involves leading a team of baristas, ensuring excellent service and coffee quality, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Lead smooth, efficient shifts
Train and support new baristas
Motivate and energise the team
Maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence
Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well

Required profile

Reliable role model with accountability and maturity
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Energetic, positive and confident when leading others
Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
Experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role
