Team Leader – Colchester

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Colchester as a Team Leader, overseeing a busy Thru‑Drive store. You will work 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, delivering great coffee and memorable moments for customers while supporting your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure the store runs effectively.
• Train and support new Baristas, helping them develop their skills.
• Energise and motivate the team to maintain high morale.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well under pressure.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
