Team Leader – Exeter Station (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee at Exeter Station as a Team Leader, working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. You’ll bring energy and confidence to each shift, supporting both the team and our customers while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure operational excellence.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas.
• Motivate and energise the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer experience.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
