Team Leader – Exeter Station (20 hrs/week, permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee store at Exeter Station. Working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth, efficient service during each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shifts to maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering their development.
• Motivate the team, energising staff and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Monitor and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a willingness to step into the role.
