Team Leader – Food Services (Greggs/Subway/Burger King)

About the role

As a Team Leader in Asda's Food Services, you will oversee one of our branded outlets – Greggs, Subway or Burger King – ensuring fast, friendly and high‑quality service. You will be hands‑on, supporting your team to meet food safety, brand standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the food outlet, including food preparation, queue management and problem solving.
• Support and train new starters, fostering a confident and capable team.
• Maintain food safety procedures and uphold brand quality standards.
• Organise schedules, manage stock levels and ensure smooth routine tasks.

• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Approachable and supportive, able to motivate colleagues.
• Organised, especially during busy periods.
• Reliable and leads by example.
