Team Leader – Food Services (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Team Leader in the Food Services team at Asda, you will lead one of our branded outlets – Greggs, Subway or Burger King – in Thame. Working part‑time (16 hours per week) you will ensure fast, friendly and high‑quality service while supporting and developing your team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food service outlet, including food preparation, queue management and customer service.
• Maintain food safety standards and brand guidelines at all times.
• Support new starters with training and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor stock levels, organise rota and ensure the outlet runs efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold a positive store environment.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Organised, reliable and able to lead by example.
• Supportive and approachable, encouraging team success.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow food safety and brand standards.
