Team Leader – Food Services (Retail)

About the role

As a Team Leader in our Food Services team you will lead one of our branded outlets – Greggs, Subway or Burger King – delivering fast, friendly and high‑quality service. You will be hands‑on, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting and developing your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a branded food outlet, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily routines, prep food, manage queues and solve operational issues.
• Support new starters and maintain a confident, capable team.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
• Maintain stock levels and organise the outlet for busy periods.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for great service.
• Supportive, approachable and ready to help colleagues succeed.
• Organised and able to keep things running smoothly under pressure.
• Brand‑proud, understanding the importance of consistency and quality.
• Team player who creates a positive working environment.
• Reliable, taking responsibility and leading by example.
• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Willingness to take responsibility, good communication and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
