Team Leader – Holiday Inn Express Inverness

About the role

Atlas Hotels is seeking a Team Leader for the Holiday Inn Express in Inverness on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. The role involves welcoming guests and new employees and supporting the Hotel Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees.
• Ensuring team members are in the right place at the right time and coaching their development.
• Acting as a guide for team members, staying nurturing and calm under pressure.
• Supporting the Hotel Operations Manager to create a rewarding workplace and great guest experience, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a team in a customer‑service setting.
• Ability to coach, develop and support team members while remaining calm under pressure.
