Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader will supervise a dedicated team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support to young people in our children’s services. Based in our Leicester office, you will ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, Ofsted standards and the Association’s Statement of Purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily delivery of support services for young people.
• Ensure services meet Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards and the Association’s policies.
• Provide first‑line management, safeguarding and person‑centred support within accommodation.
• Monitor staff performance and promote independence and choice for service users.

Required profile

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children, young people and adults.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (adult and child) and thorough reference checks.
• Experience in managing teams within a housing or social care environment is desirable.
