About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Liverpool as a Team Leader, overseeing 24‑hour shifts on a fixed‑term basis. You’ll bring energy and confidence to each shift, supporting the team to deliver great coffee and memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure the store runs effectively.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Motivate and energise the team, maintaining high morale.
• Uphold Costa’s standards for service quality and coffee excellence.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations, using resourcefulness to keep operations on track.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a willingness to step into the role.
