About the role

Join Gail's as a Team Leader for the brand‑new bakery on Oxford Westgate. You will be responsible for guiding a dynamic team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high‑quality baked goods to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of bakery staff.
• Organise shift schedules and daily tasks to maximise efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with team members to maintain product standards.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of bakery items.
• Support a positive, customer‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Passion for supporting and developing others.
• Strong desire to take charge and act as a positive role model.
• Highly organised with clear communication skills.
