About the role

As a Team Leader you’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork while maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure the team have everything they need for a smooth shift.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean at all times.

• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy shifts.
• Possess a positive can‑do attitude and be a strong team player.
