About the role
As a Team Leader in our Wapping pub you will lead by example, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
- Deputise for the management team, resolving issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to keep operations running like clockwork.
- Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
- Role model for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy periods.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
