Team Leader - Residential Property Leasing

About the role

Our client is an innovative residential property leasing business creating high‑quality rental communities across single‑family homes and Build‑to‑Rent apartments. They are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Team Leader to manage a leasing team while handling their own leasing pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workload, performance and rota planning for the Residential Property Leasing team.
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1 meetings, performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Monitor KPIs, occupancy targets and service standards, producing reports from CRM and telephony systems.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer queries and drive process improvements.
• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and guide prospects through the full leasing journey.
• Maintain accurate property listings on multiple platforms and process applications, referencing and Right‑to‑Rent checks.
• Collaborate with viewing agents and internal teams to maximise occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property leasing or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing a team.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to handle complex queries.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and application management.
• Experience using property listing platforms and telephony tools.
