About the role
You’ll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It’s about setting the pace, lifting the vibe, and getting stuck in to make every shift count.
Key responsibilities
- Lead from the front – work alongside the team, set the pace and drive the restaurant to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Build your crew up – coach, support and celebrate your team, ensuring everyone grows, learns and brings their best to each shift.
- Keep it running smooth – manage stock checks, create shift plans and handle behind‑the‑scenes tasks so the front‑of‑house runs like clockwork.
Required profile
- A natural leader with experience managing teams and bringing out the best in people.
- People‑person who creates a buzz, lifts others up and keeps the crew happy and focused.
- Cool under pressure – stay calm, think sharply and make smart decisions when the pace quickens.
