Team Leader (Retail)

About the role

As a Team Leader you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a store department, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. You will support colleagues, manage stock, and act as the go‑to person on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the department by example, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and merchandising.
• Support new starters and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the store manager to meet sales targets and operational goals.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Positive, energetic approach and strong team spirit.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
