Team Leader – Scarlet Tap Pub

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Scarlet Tap venue in Southsea. You will support, coach and motivate a diverse team to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a lively pub and kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support, coach and mentor front‑of‑house staff on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the management team to implement the venue’s vision and standards.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, overseeing service quality.
• Assist in scheduling, stock control and basic operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Passion for hospitality, great beer, cocktails and live sport.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
