Team Leader SIPP and SSAS Administration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our SIPP and SSAS administration services for a leading pension administration team in Edinburgh. The role combines technical oversight of complex pension schemes with leadership of a small specialist team, ensuring high‑quality client service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support on SIPP and SSAS administration to both clients and internal staff.
• Oversee the processing of complex pension transactions, ensuring compliance with HMRC and FCA regulations.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the pension administration function.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SIPP and SSAS administration.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HMRC/FCA requirements.
• Proven ability to lead or develop a small team.

Required skills

• SIPP/SSAS administration expertise.
• Knowledge of HMRC and FCA regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint (Platinum) advantageous.
