An exciting opportunity to lead and build a White Collar Technical recruitment division within a growing business. You will have genuine autonomy to shape strategy, develop new accounts and drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a White Collar Technical recruitment division.
• Drive business development and manage client relationships.
• Grow and manage your own desk, delivering billable revenue.
• Identify long‑term market opportunities and new accounts.
• Mentor and support trainees or junior consultants as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape division strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment environment.
• Previous role as Team Leader, Senior or Principal Consultant.
• Strong business development and client management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building long‑term growth.
• Leadership potential and ability to lead by example.
