Team Legal PA

About the role

The international law firm based in St Pauls is seeking a Team Legal PA to join its practice. Working 9:30 am‑5:30 pm, the role offers a hybrid model after an initial period, combining office presence with remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level, client‑focused support to partners and fee earners, acting as the first point of contact.
• Manage complex diaries, inboxes and meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering and technical equipment.
• Arrange detailed travel itineraries, visas, flights, accommodation and transport.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end billing process: generate reports, draft bills, handle disbursements and raise credit notes.
• Assist with collections by drafting reminder emails and monitoring outstanding invoices.
• Handle accounts payable, expenses and disbursements.
• Run conflict searches, open new matters, liaise with the risk team and maintain electronic filing.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as bundle preparation, client functions and seminars.

What we offer
